- Do I need to be home during the inspection?
- We only need access to the exterior of your property, so you don't always need to be present. That said, we do ask that someone is reachable by phone so we can ask questions and walk you through what we find.
- Can I use the Roof Report for an insurance claim?
- Absolutely. Our documentation is written with insurance adjusters in mind. If we find storm, hail, or wind damage, the photos and damage notes we provide can support your claim from the first call to your carrier through adjuster negotiations. We can also assist directly with the claims process if you choose to work with us.
